David's Idea: A pedestrian street in downtown Burlington
Removing car traffic from selected streets (or segments of them) reinstates the pedestrian as the owner of the street. It provides a quiet and vibrant haven for shopping, dining, and socializing, while increasing the real estate value of adjacent properties. Click to see David explain his idea.
